The Diné & Canyon de Chelly
The photographs are from
a June 2007 trip to northeast Arizona and the Navajo Reservation. The images are
divided into two groups - the Diné (meaning "the people" in the Navajo
language) and landscapes in and around the Canyon de Chelly area. As part
of a photography workshop run by the Friends of Arizona Highways, I and
the other participants had unique access. We all came away with a great respect
for these kind people and beautiful landscape.
